On Monday 4th January, the government announced that England and Scotland would be entering a national lockdown from 00:01 on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
As a result, we are only taking bookings that comply with the lockdown guidelines:

Staying Safe
To ensure we’re able to welcome guests safely, we’ve been working alongside our property owners and our third-party providers to put rigorous cleaning and hygiene measures in place. We’ll be following government guidelines closely at all times.
To help provide some peace of mind, we’ve put together the following three-step plan for our guests, which outlines the measures that will be taken to manage the challenges of COVID-19.
1. Rapid response to updates in regional COVID-19 policies and restrictions
We’re ensuring that our cleaning and PPE standards are fit for purpose with new restrictions and COVID-19 legislation.
If you experience symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who’s showing symptoms, please follow government guidelines and isolate at home. No-one should undertake their trip when symptomatic.
During your stay, please adhere to the latest government guidelines to wash hands, cover your face in enclosed spaces and maintain social distancing.
2. Guest Communications
Before and after your booking is confirmed, you will be provided with detailed guidance and advice on our cleaning practices and details on local restrictions.
If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms during your stay, please let us know. We shall endeavour to extend your stay to facilitate a quarantine period. Regardless of whether you require a stay extension, please notify us so that we can ensure an appropriate window of time is left after your departure before our staff enter the property.
3. Cleaning and hygiene standards
Our housekeeping teams and contractors will adhere to WHO guidelines on PPE and social distancing when performing services at all ALTIDO homes.
We have always had high standards of cleaning, but now we ensure all properties are sanitised and disinfected with high-quality cleaning agents with strong anti-viral efficacy.
In addition to our standard clean, all touch-points will be disinfected, such as door handles, TV remotes and light switches.
We encourage you to bring anti-bacterial gel with you and use it before and after you leave your ALTIDO home. All of our properties feature complimentary antibacterial soap in the bathrooms and kitchens.
