Welcome to this spacious and modern flat. Under 13 mins walk from the nearest tube station - Kennington and close to the famous Kia Oval cricket ground, you are well connected to the rest of the city despite being in a peaceful residential area.

Living & eating:

The living room is filled with natural light and has plenty of comfortable seating. A flat screen Freeview TV is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The large sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed sleeping up to two people. You can access the balcony from the living room and enjoy great views over London. The dining table has seating for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is well-equipped including a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, large fridge/freezer and hob.

Bedrooms & bathrooms:

The bedrooms and bathrooms are down a short flight of stairs. The larger of the two bathrooms contains a bath (with shower head), a basin and the washing machine. Opposite the bathroom there is a smaller shower room and WC. There is only 1 toilet. The master bedroom is a decent size with a king bed and lots of hanging/cupboard space. Original artwork adorns the walls. The second bedroom has lots of light and hanging space for clothes, and contains a queen size bed. The third bedroom contains a single bed with the option of a pull-out single bed underneath, so this room can sleep two guests if required. Again there is hanging space provided.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance such as the Kennington Pub and the Co-op supermarket just down the road. You are near Camberwell Green which has some really good restaurants, including Theo's Pizza, Silk Road and the Camberwell Arms. The Oval Cricket Ground is just down the road for sports fans! You are opposite Kennington Park so surrounded by peaceful green space. There is a farmers market on the church green on some Sundays, which is definitely worth a visit.
