Set across 1 deck, the vessel offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan living area, a kitchen, a dining area and an outdoor seating area. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.

OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA
The open-plan living area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a Nespresso Machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent breakfast bar dining area can seat up to 2 guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom is furnished with a small double bed (a 3/4 bed). The bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided, including towels and toiletries. There are additional shower facilities available onsite at St Katharine Docks Marina. The boat is family friendly and is also equipped with a baby cot.

OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor area offers stunning views of St Katharine Docks Marina and is equipped with seating, perfect for alfresco dining.

Transport
Tower Hill Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Circle and District lines. The nearest bus stop is St Katharine Docks (Stop TN). If you're travelling by car, the A100 Tower Bridge Road is just around the corner and there is pay-and-display parking nearby including an NCP car park by Waitrose. If you’d like to explore the city by bicycle, there is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just down the road from the boathouse.
