Set across 4 floors, the house boasts a traditional stone facade with contemporary refurbishments and interiors. The property offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a living room, an open plan kitchen & dining room and a billiards room. The house is also equipped with a gym, a sauna and a hot tub. Outdoor facilities include a fresh water wild swimming lake, a further trout lake (with excellent brown-trout fly fishing), streams, ancient woodlands and a wildflower meadow. The centre of Chipping Norton is a 3-minute drive away. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. Parking is available onsite.

LIVING ROOM
Spacious in size, the living room is adorned with stylish interiors and is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. WiFi is available throughout.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN & DINING
The open-plan kitchen and dining room is modern and full-equipped. Amenities include a Nespresso machine, a cafetiere, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an Aga oven, 2 Aga stovetops and a separate four-plate electric hob. The adjacent dining table can seat up to 10 guests. There is an additional dining area outdoors that can seat up to 8 guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The first bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed. The second, third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the sixth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, except for bedrooms 5 and 6, which offer a shared en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet at your disposal. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Outdoor facilities include a fresh water wild swimming lake with sun loungers, a further trout lake (with excellent brown-trout fly fishing), streams, ancient woodlands, a wildflower meadow and a hot tub.
